Introduction

One partner, every stage

Aspire LPP brings together everything a care development needs under one roof - from identifying the right site, through planning and design, to construction and delivery. Because our land, planning and construction teams work side by side, landowners deal with one trusted partner throughout, not a chain of third parties.

Who we are

We take it from
field to front door

Bringing together in-house Land, Planning, Architectural and Construction expertise, Aspire LPP manages every step from site identification to final delivery.

  1. A land manager surveying a field on the edge of a town

Why Care Homes?

At Aspire, we put residents first

From designing spaces that bring comfort to people living with neurological conditions, to creating places where families can spend precious time together.

Sometimes it's as simple as a father enjoying a drink at the bar with his son, a mother visiting the hair salon with her daughter, or a grandparent spending an afternoon with their grandchildren. The homes we design are built to bring families together at times when life can be hard.

Most of the UK's care homes were built for a different generation of need. Nearly 80% are over 20 years old and were designed before modern dementia care, wet rooms and en-suite bathrooms were the standard. Every home we build starts from today's needs, not yesterday's blueprint.

The Wider Picture

Benefits to the local community

  • A man visiting an elderly relative in a bright care home lounge

    Care Closer to Home

A modern, purpose-built care facility that reduces pressure on family members travelling long distances to visit relatives.

  • Families and residents talking together in a care home lounge

    Open to the Community

Activities that bring the community together, for example pre-natal and ante-natal classes held in the care home.

  • Two site workers in hi-vis jackets reviewing plans on a construction site

    Jobs That Stay

Local jobs during construction and ongoing employment once each home is operational, typically more than 125 full-time equivalent roles.

  • Tradespeople unloading materials from a van at a building site

    Money That Stays Local

Investment in local supply chains, with contractors and tradespeople sourced from the surrounding area wherever possible.

  • A tree-lined street with landscaped planting outside new homes

    Better Surroundings

Improved local infrastructure and landscaping as part of each development, benefiting the wider neighbourhood, not just residents.

  • A resident walking along a bright care home corridor

    Here for the Long Term

A long-term, stable presence in the community, care homes designed and built to last, not short-term developments.

Testimonials

Not once did we feel pressured into making a decision, and now that the sale is complete, we couldn’t be happier with the result.

Aspire’s professionalism and respect for our position as landowners made a potentially stressful situation much more manageable.

We are extremely satisfied with the entire process and would wholeheartedly recommend Aspire to anyone considering a property sale or development opportunity. Their expertise, patience, and understanding were invaluable, and we feel confident that the new Care Facility will be a fantastic asset to the community.
