During September it is anticipated that we will submit planning applications for two sites, one in Milton Keynes, and the other in Tenterden. The scheme for Milton Keynes in Buckinghamshire, comprises 79 beds. It is designed to include multiple amenities such as a cinema, a bar/café and a beauty salon.
The other project in Tenterden, in the county of Kent, is projected to have 64-beds. It will include the most advanced technology, and will be the most modern care home in the county.
Aspire completed the sale of the Westgate development in August 2020. Our scheme design consisted of a 75-bed care home, that had recently achieved planning. The Westgate development was purchased by Avante Care and Support, and it is the only site they have secured in the last five years. It has been designed with innovative technology, and amenities for the residents such as a hair salon and cutting-edge therapy rooms.
Aspire has successfully achieved planning for an 81-bed care home in Worthing. The design for the site will include a cinema, hair salon, restaurant, and a therapy room for its residents. It is predicted to take approximately two years until final completion.
